Water for health and performance

 In this piece, we'll go over some basic aspects of water.


Water is absolutely crucial for not only survival, but also for performance.


How much water should you drink? 0.5 to 0.75 of your current bodyweight in ounces. If you weigh 200 pounds, your goal is 100 to 150 ounces of water per day.
